For an independent film it's really well made. For lack of major special effects it more than makes up for it with constant tension and a storyline that keeps you guessing till the very end. LIke Chris said, the trailer builds it up too much, basing it more on the actual shooting than why they are doing it.
An interesting storyline you don't see much of now adays (for originality's sake, that's a good thing).
