Review of 13 Tzameti (2006) by Christopher S — 07 Jul 2008
What would probably be an excellent short is painfully slow as a feature. The very original premise results in some inherently suspenseful moments, but outside of the game every scene lacked drama and tension - maybe having something to do with how underdeveloped every character was, making it hard to really care what happens to any of them.
Despite some impressive camerawork and cinematography, the whole film had an amateurish quality.
