Review of 13 Sins (2014) by Jeff K — 14 Apr 2014

This was a very good thriller. It's a remake to the Thai film 13: Game of Death, but still good all the same. It deals with a man who receives a strange phone call that tells him he's been entered into a game show where he's tasked to complete several challenging (and violent) situations.

If completed he's rewarded money which is sent directly to his bank account. With his fiancé not being aware of these proceedings, he must try his best to rack up as much cash as possible in order to acquire a wonderful life with his soon to be wife and soon to be baby.

However, there are other people playing the game as well which sends the main character into a paranoid state as he tries his best to hunt down where the calls are really coming from. Very tense and well acted by Mark webber.
