A movie about a mysterious phone call persuading you to do the callers evil deeds. That hasn't been done before. (obvious sarcasm) But 13 Sins does bring in some interesting aspects of family ties in 'the game'.
Bad supporting actors+storyline used 1000 times+a short but interesting thrill at the end=decent flick.
