Michael Bay is one of the worst big name directors in Hollywood, but 13 Hours may be his best film to date. It is a heavily flawed movie, but what it lacks in things like character development and style.
It has a huge thing going for it: It's entertaining. Michael Bay will always do the boneheaded decision-making he always does. So when he makes a pretty good film like this, we should just be grateful.
