With Jennifer Garner perfect as the lead, along with Mark Ruffalo as her wonderful male co-star, and also with a good supporting cast that includes Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings' Gollum), cute dialogue, but most of all a wonderful story, 13 Going on 30 is a charming rom-com that will make you laugh and be charmed by the actors and the characters in this movie.
