Incredible in every aspect. I wish to live to see the day when samurai video games are as fun to play as this was to watch. Everyone mentions the final brawl immediately, as will I; it's transitions, pacing, and pure fluid action come together to form a set-piece from a dream on would have after watching every Kurosawa film in rapid succession, and then drinking a 32oz Redbull.
Watch 13 Assassins immediately, don't even finish reading this review. If you've gotten this far, then you've already wasted valuable vicarious samurai experience time.
