Beautifully filmed, uber violent and well acted. The 12 Samurai are all given different personalities and motivations for acting against a cruel Royal on the fast track to the throne and the last hour is their suicidal 13-on-200 assault, made more trilling by the fact we've seen these guys planning and preparing for 2/3s of the movie and we actually CARE what happens.
Thumbs way up.
