I won't pretend that I followed the character's names, titles or affiliations. But I've understood the story of the '13 Ronin' for a long time - and the story is treated admirably in this version.
The bloodshed its beautiful, the photography captures the emotion and action like a painter. Available on Netflix. If you enjoy Samurai flicks - you won't find much better.
