Review of 13 (2010) by Tim F — 30 Dec 2010
This movie lays out very different sides of the story, firstly the kid's side makes it seem like an ordinairy movie, but it's surely not.
Meanwhile, graduatly we follow some other guys, getting the notion that something is being organized. At one side we see a fancy, richman's world and business men of some sort, on the other hand Mickey Rourke is let out of jail for some reason.
It realy gets intresting when the kid finds a note, and he's so curious he does what it says. He meets up with some suspicious guys,.
Basically telling him he can't go back. Next thing you know a horrible gambling game is forced on them, making this movie pretty special.
The suspence is very high and a certain image of blowing a man's brains out keeps revolving and revolving.
Up to a point where luck has to be in order, wickedly remarkable. This movie has a high value of tension but also of a disturbed class of people.
Deranged! Very good!
