Remarks:
1. Since Franco is on screen 99% of the time, his acting must be THAT good; and, it was.
2. Pacing remains on pleasurable pace, including only scenes & details that are helpful.
3. Dialogue is keen and fitting for the persona displayed by Franco.
Conclusion: Movie that seeks to be heart-wrenching, scores on all levels thanks to Franco & director Boyle.
