Wasn't sure what I'd think about this one already (roughly) knowing the storyline before I watched it. But I thought the director did a good job of presenting the story from the main character's perspective, rather than from a third person perspective.
I certainly came away with the sense that the accident was not only brutal, but also an opportunity for self-reflection on the part of Aron Ralston.
