Review of 127 Hours (2010) by Isaac H — 25 Mar 2014
Not what you'd expect from a movie that focuses on a man trapped in a canyon for five days, Boyle hands in another triumphant film that deserves recognition as a work of art. Although Franco does a good job in his lead debut, the star of 127 hours is the splashy cinematography that cleverly cuts between the red landscape of Utah and the colorful figments of Ralston's imagination.
