Completely worthy! James Franco is fantastic, and the movie turns out to be very moving and impressive. However, it's not for watching again and again - unless you like to take radical drama doses frequently.
It's hard to justify (even to myself) my 5-star rate. Even if it's not in my hall of favorites, and I'm not buying it, I still think it would be unfair to give "127 Hours" a lower rate. I believe that every film brings ideas within, and when, for me, a film reaches excellence in the showing of its own ideas, my critic role is basically about judging the presented ideas. That's why I rate this one with 5 stars: well exploited good idea.
