Great movie, almost universally well acted. Brad Pitt's scene did not work and rang very untrue, which is the only reason this isn't 5 stars. He's doing his Lt. Aldo Raine voice again and the whole scenario is pretty absurd.
Screamed "plot device" to me. Everything else, great.
