Review of 12 Rounds (2009) by Supratik M — 04 Dec 2011
I thought John Cena showed a lot of improvement in this movie from its predecessor, the Marine. The stunts were generally pretty believable considering Cena's powerhouse physique and wrestling prowess.
Aidan Gillen did a fine job at portraying the maniacal mastermind. The only place where the movie falters according to me is in its closing scenes, where it gets a little too hasty with its plot twists and falls flat on its face.
If you're an action movie fan and like John Cena, you will find little to complain about in this movie.
