Review of 12 Rounds (2000) by Brett E — 23 Aug 2009
Again, another non-actor surprises with relatively decent actnig chops. John Cena races against time to complete 12 rounds of challenges set by a guy exacting revenge, all to rescue his wife from certain death.
The twist at the end of the show doesn't seem to help move the plot along. Instead, it's a tad sloppy, as if it's throw into the mix to help give the show a quick resolution.
With that said, I did enjoy watching Cena connect with the audience, & the viral marketing videos in the DVD/Blu-ray's Special Features are awesome. :D.
