After 2 years of hiding undercover, Miles Jackson (an international arms dealer) has come out of hiding, and the FBI is hot on his tail. After an unexpected turn of events, the FBI turn to the New Orleans Police Department to keep a look out to help find Jackson.
Officer Danny Fisher (John Cena), and his partner follow a lead which ends in a high speed chase, and Jackson?s girlfriend dead. Twelve months later Jackson?s out, and wanting revenge.
