Loved the first movie with John Cena which had a better storyline and a lot more action.
You can see how and why this movie lacks the budget as the first movie which had 22 million.
Randy Orton's first Main acting movie a bit of over acting but with better writing this would have been an alright movie.
The Female Officer McKenzie (Venus Terzo) was annoying Heller (Brian Markinson) was too bad he could have been more Angrier.
With a few holes in this movie and that it dragged in some parts it was good ( not too bad).
