Review of 12 Angry Men (1957) by Martin S — 25 Dec 2011
It was a case that could have gotten it's verdict quickly and easily. But as one man stands out of the group and expresses his disbelief of the accused person's current verdict, the tables gradually turns as the smaller details of how the murder may have happened are brought up. Each of the jurors, with different range of personalities, backgrounds and views, goes against each other to prove their point and put an conclution to the case. That's where the tension builds up and already by then you're completely devoured by the film.
A cinematic masterpiece that you cannot miss in your lifetime!
