Review of 12 Angry Men (1957) by Justin M — 16 Apr 2012
You know a movie is good when you can get an 80's baby to watch a black and white court room drama that takes place entirely in one single room. And "12 Angry" men serves as evidence (see what I just did?) that the court room drama genre was alive and well even in the 50's.
Some say this is the original classic CRD as well. Some awesome camera work here, albeit a tad corny but you've got to understand that there a a lot of firsts in a movie dating this far back. No blueprint to draw from.
For that, this movie gets a pass and recommendation.
