From the countless spoofs and tributes that is has gotten and reading it in high school, going in I already knew what I was getting into beat by beat, that doesn't diminish the movie in any way. With a remarkable ensemble led by the great Henry Fonda and stand out performances from Lee J Cobb and Ed Begley, 12 Angry Men is a near perfect movie.
Sidney Lumet gives each actor their moment to shine with little camera movements and keeping the tension alive throughout. A stellar adaptation.
