A wannabe gangster film about wannabe gangsters. unfortunately, the irony isn't enjoyable. James Marsden as a South Philly Italiano?! puh-leeeze.
Piper is cute but has nothing to work with. best.cameo.ever: Tommy Lee.
Ribisi is decent and the honorable mention (laughable) cameo goes to Val Kilmer.
