Boring and pointless Sequel: it's disappointing to see Disney more motivated by the quick dollar than making quality sequels. I have yet to see a a Disney sequel (except maybe Lion King II) that comes even close to the original.
102 Dalmatians is a failure of a film: the plot is convoluted and shamefully thin. Glenn Close doesn't have the acting skills to hold the film together this time, and by the end you're just grateful that it's probably bad enough that they won't try for 103 Dalmatians.
