Just like its predecessor, 102 Dalmatians uses Glenn Close as the perfect actress to play Cruella De Vil. Also like its prequel, the film lacks the charm and loveable antics that made the animated versions good.
The cast is less than mediocre, the story is utter nonsense, and predictability sets in very early during the film. 102 Dalmatians also succumbs to kids movie formula, and fails to entertain adults, despite the small amount of humour present.
