Review of 10,000 BC (2008) by Eddie K — 07 Dec 2012
''If I can't have her neither can you!''.
A prehistoric epic that follows a young mammoth hunter's journey through uncharted territory to secure the future of his tribe.
Steven Strait: D'Leh.
Camilla Belle: Evolet.
Cliff Curtis: Tic'Tic.
Was pleased to finally see this movie but on the other hand slightly annoyed.
10,000 B.C seems to steal from every other movie I can think of including Apocalypto, Pathfinder and even StarGate.
The effects really are poor but there is some good action scenes and music to set the pace.
Camilla Belle really is too good looking to be thought of as a prehistoric person and seems the only character to be too glamorous compared to other character's in the movie.
Stick to Roland Emmerich's Independence Day & The day after Tomorrow.
