There are ghost stories worth telling... then there's 100 Ghost Street: The Return of Richard Speck. I mean just the name alone screams horrid pile of dreck. Who gives a film a name that long without it being quirky, intelligent, meaningful, or something humorous?
I get low budget horror films have their place... but at least make an effort. The Asylum isn't known for making great films but some of them are entertaining... this isn't one of those few.
