Superb portrayal of one of the biggest miscarriages of justice in British legal History! Dickie Attenborough gives a memorable and chilling performance as the 1950s sex killer John Christie in this dark English film - it really gives you an insight into the mind of one of the country's most notorious serial killers.
John Hurt as always is superb as the pathetic Timothy Evans who was wrongfully executed for killing his wife and child. Stands up well despite the fact it was made over 30 years ago. I have seen this several times and still finding it absorbing from beginning to the end.
