I kinda thought the movie was cute and interesting. It's definitly out of the norm of most of the movies out these days and is a good pick if you like your movies that develop characters rather than just a corny plot then you might enjoy a look into the life of a stuggling hollywood actor and a latino checkout clerk.
A couple beers might help this movie flow better too, so keep that in mind. And yeah, Paz Vega is kinda cute... she also played in Spanglish, another great movie.
