For all the buzz surrounding the trailer when it was revealed, the final product rings predictable at best. The crazy guy is crazy, the hero girl is the hero (because we don't get to know anything else about her) and the other guy is just.
.. there. For all it's faults, the original Cloverfield packs way more fun than this tried and done "Silence of the Lambs" inspired 'thriller'.
