Review of Zeitgeist: The Movie (2007) by Katy L — 22 Dec 2008
Incredible amount of information to process in such a short amount of time. I think my brain flipped over in my head. It started out kinda dark, but it comes to some very interesting and enlightening points. I have very few disagreements, mainly that I think the power of the people -if educated- could make the necessary changes to reform the government system to work for our good. He touches on this somewhat in the second film. I think the downfall of our society while it may be in part due to the elite conspiring few, I believe it is mainly due to a perpetual cycle of an uneducated majority. I believe we should use the system to our benefit, we should adapt it to the needs of the whole, we need an upgrade not a step back.
This is a film everyone needs to see, it is information that should be common knowledge. Check it out, then watch number two, " Zeitgeist: Addendum". (helpful hint- their both free downloads from google).
