Review of Zabriskie Point (1970) by Matthew A — 14 May 2013
Welp, this is my new favorite Antonioni film. Wow. A film filled with rage torwards consumerism and authority in general, but it plays out so beautifully and dream-like. With gorgeous cinematography, a perfect soundtrack, a tour de force ending, this film hit home with me.
A fascinating and memorable experience. An underrated, misinterpreted, & misunderstood masterpiece.
