Not just your average, run-of-mill hermaphrodite movie. Ok, seriously now, it's a very well-done movie. It's really about familiar themes like identity crises and coming of age. It's tough to make a film about such well-worn themes without making me roll my eyes and remember all those school reading assignments.
This actually manages to stay fresh and to have interesting characters.
