This film takes every pre-conception you have about sexual identity and puberty and tosses it out the window, sets fire to it, and then dances a little dance of triumphant glee around the smouldering remains.
If you want to open your eyes to a whole new world, the world of the people who don't fit in HERE or THERE do not miss XXY.
