Review of World of Tomorrow (2015) by Rimas B — 04 Feb 2016
There were several fine films made in 2015 (and some I haven't seen) yet it's hard to imagine any that will be more stunning, on so many levels, than this one. And because of its morbid wit the heart-rending ending and the purpose of the visit that is the story of this film sneaks up on you.
It's great art. It can be seen as an imaginative look at the future but I see it more as a kind of psychological allegory...
