Gay movies tend to be ridiculous in a bad way, they try too hard or barely at all to make clear the message they want to send out. This movie is ridiculous in the best way possible, it's fun, imaginative, and heartfelt and also gets the message across really well.
Maybe I shouldn't categorize it as a "gay movie", but that's exactly what it is because it's so joyous. This is one movie I will go back to time and again.
