Takashi Miike is a sick man...but a genius at it!
I used the title of this movie as a Genre now because I have never seen a more fucked up movie than this one.
If u think ur about to watch a sick and twisted movie, think to urself "is it worse then Visitor Q? " and if u can't then this would be the best reason to go rent it or whatever.
The beginning of this movie makes Old boy look like a mama's boy...
