Director John Hyams breaths new life into the Universal Soldier movies making this a fantastic action movie. Van Damme continues to prove himself a fantastic actor and is just as good as ever for the action bits.
We also have a surprisingly gripping performance from Dolph Lundgren! This movie IS the reason I got into both Van Damme and Lundgren!
