Not a bad effort considering what they were trying. SFX leave a lot to be desired, except the scene where they forgot the CGI... that's funny.
The guy from Babylon 5 is the only actor who looks comfortable in front of the camera, but even he can't do much with the script.
The plot is very disjointed, appearing to jump forward randomly in time.
If you see a character you've not seen before who doesn't have a speaking part, expect them to die soon...
Basically this film is what transformers would have been without a budget.
