Review of The Unbelievers (2013) by Frank N — 04 Jun 2014
I write as someone who agrees and is a fan of Dawkins, Krauss and their views. Unfortunately, this film does a poor job of explaining their views and what they do. We certainly don't learn anything about them as people - not even a quick biography of the main characters.
Too bad - Dawkins was born in Africa under British colonial rule, and Krauss was a friend of Richard Feynman. We get a few clips of Krauss and Dawkins in media appearances, none of which are long enough to really give the viewer of taste of their message.
There are a few clips of random celebrities saying, 'Yay science... good job guys.' It would be better to go on Youtube, where most of those media appearances are available in full.
