This is as good as a horror movie can get. It has elements of slashers, thrillers, and most other horror movies that have anything good to offer. Paolo Rotondo dose a amazing job as the lead ' Simon who terrifies his new fame seeking Doctor Karen Schumaker.
in a series of flashback you come to almost feel bad for Simon and almost cheer for him in the finally scenes were he breaks out of the mental institution. Until he kills again that is.
