Review of The Tracey Fragments (2007) by Jen J — 18 Jan 2008
This is an incredibly challenging, and incredibly compelling experiment in filmmaking. though it doesnt touch the heart as much as it wants to, and it knows its tongue is often shoved through its cheek, this piece of art has the best use of split screen in the history of film, an amazing lead performance, an awesome score by broken social scene, and beautiful dirty urban photography.
the tracey fragments is a one of a kind film that must be viewed by those that like their art smart.
