Review of The Reader (2008) by Matthew D — 21 Oct 2012
The only problem that I have with this film is that it barely moved me and it's just a small intimate European post-WWII story. Not that it's a bad thiing, but it's not special enough to stand out.
1st rate acting, directing, cinematography and pacing. Reader's take note: This may be Kate Winslet's last nude performance on film. Enjoy, guys...or some gals.
