Review of The Mighty Macs (2011) by Ron M — 29 Oct 2011
Try thinking of this as the Catholic female version of Hoosiers. But in a more moderate tone, the film is absolving enough to admire a clean G-rated film of inspiration in the most unlikely situations on the court.
Profoundly interesting with this low budgeted project to get a few good named talents to take charge of family entertainment. Not quite motivating or inspiring accurate to root and cheer for the girls in their school uniforms, but it plays itself out quite well for these Immaculatas.
