Review of The Lost (2006) by Jean-François L — 16 Jan 2008
"The return to realism. One of the darkest horror dramas in a lifetime. Superior to the novel, despite the fact that the setting was shifted from the 60s to modern times. Terrific performances namely from Marc Senter who makes a pretty amazing Ray Pye.
I feel sorry for Chris Siverston, knowing that right after this he went on to make that 'I Know Who Killed Me' flick. A movie so gory and herendously shocking that you want to finish your popcorn before the last 20 minutes of the movie.
Just a heads up for those who read the novel, the ending isn't as gory as the novel".
