The supporting cast can evoke a chuckle but it's a tonally warped film that has no idea if it wants to be a raunchy sex comedy, a mumblecore drama or quirky romance. The direction is aimless, the sitcom-like cinematography is flat and and all of the sets look like those pre made room layouts at IKEA.
