Great premise, but let down by the ridiculous ineptitude of police in the final scene. Eg. machine gun toting cop tries to apprehend rampaging hitman with, "What are you doing?" He dies and rampaging hitman takes his machine gun.
Another cop orders him to "Freeze!". Yeah, that'll work every time. Earlier, two cops fail to recognise rampaging hitman when he answers the door of soon-to-be-murdered innocent guy, even after his face has been broadcast across the media.
Those cops really should watch the news more often.
