The movie that substantiated my affection for Turner Classic Movies ought not be viewed as any kind of serious biography or even as a coherent story. The plot and the characters are all incidental to the series of wonderful musical performances featuring vocalist Mario Lanza, whose voice surely emanates often from the jukebox in Heaven.
