From someone who works as a postpartum nurse, I found this fascinating. Also as a mother I wish I had this information prior to giving birth. I think it's good to there are options other than the conventional hospital experience.
In my professional experience it is amazing to see how quickly a mom recovers without intervention vs an mom recoving from an epidural, and especially after a c-section.
