If a movie was ever so weird that it was to top any John waters movie, this would be the one. This movie topped anything I have ever seen in a feature film before, gold painted penises, throwing up all over, shitting on plates,being a whore in chocolate, dancing nude in front of children, dear god this movie had about every offensive thing in it.

And made back in the 70's im sure it nearly killed some of the people that saw it back then. Although the most bizarre movie I have ever seen, it sure showed a lot of things most directors would never even attempt to do in their careers.

It is no wonder Criterion picked this one up and gave it an excellent presentation.
